Companies interested in showcasing their goods or services can setup a table at UCSB, or coordinate a trade show, provided that they have a UCSB department host and support the event. Companies must provide a Certificate of Insurance and sign a Facilities Use Agreement.

UCSB departments would be responsible for hosting duties such as clearing the space or location with the relevant building manager or Facilities Management, sending out notification/invitations, and working with Parking & Transportation Services depending on the location and sizing of the company's equipment. The host department would submit a request to Procurement via contracts@bfs.ucsb.edu.
