Stewardship, Accountability and Regulatory Compliance
This course addresses the Business Officer’s responsibilities as it relates to stewardship, accountability and regulatory compliance. Does my department maintain a system of internal control to ensure resources are properly used? Are my employees properly trained? Does my department conduct its financial activities in accordance with University policies and procedures? Topics also covered include: Conflict of interest, support groups, and preparing and reviewing transactions.
