Holiday Closure Schedule and Financial System Testing

RE:       Holiday Closure Schedule and Financial System Testing

The December holiday closure schedule with deadlines for processing can be found on the Business & Financial Services website.

(Note:  The Financial System Project Team has begun testing.  This is a very important part of the implementation.  For the employees involved, testing the system will take precedence over operational work.  As a result, certain employees will be largely unavailable and departments should expect a delayed response when contacting them during this time.  We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.)

As a reminder, Business & Financial Services (and all of its units) will be closed on the following dates: December 23, 2013 – January 1, 2014, due to campus holidays and scheduled office closures.
