Welcome to BARC, the Billing Accounts Receivable Collections unit. BARC is the UCSB campus centralized receivable system. This computerized system produces a monthly statement for any amounts owed to the university, such as registration fees, campus housing charges, phone bills, library fines, and student health services, to name a few. 

The Billing-Accounts Receivable Office consolidates all sundry debts owed to the University for charges that may be incurred through any University department, identifies delinquent debts, and disperses financial aid.
